Persistent Errors

I've been attempting to resolve a series of errors that have erupted in the wake of my installing too many applications over the course of a few days, which made discovering the source of the problem rather difficult.

I managed to finally correct the mouse-down event problem and immediately afterward developed an issue with Mail being completely unresponsive and requiring Force Quit and Firefox grinding to halt with all interactions moving in severe slow motion. In the Console I discovered some errors which are individually spamming the log up to thirty times in a row:

Are any of these errors likely to be the cause of the problems I mentioned above and what might I do to correct any or all of them?
