I have narrowed down my choice to be a rMBP 256GB SS, 8 GB ram.

I am a CPA and our office will likely always have Windows based machines at least for the foreseeable future and the remainder of my career. But as our work process evolved, I have found myself not in the office nearly as much and use Windows Remote Desktop to do the bulk of my work.

I have a Dell Lattitude that is 3 years old and predictably at EOL, AND at the depot (this despite premium on site support). I'm ready to change.

This rMBP would also double as a personal laptop where I will work on my photographic hobby.

But it is the need to remote to my Windows desktop in the office to do my work.

First and foremost, I need to be assured of ease of being able to remote in. At one client location, where i am quite frequently, I need to be able to print locally from the remote location, something I do fairly easily (once I configure the print driver) from my Win laptop now. But it is the access that is key.

Does Apple have RDC, or do they use something else?

Thanks

Dave
