personal order via Premiere
So I stayed up to 3amest ordered my 6+ and I thought everything went through great, I got a confirmation nd activation code via email... ...
I have a personal account, logged into myAT&T and noticed this morning I have no active orders.
I go through the catch, notice the confirmation page was "Premiere" I got basic information when I put in my order number but wants me to login to see more info... I tried my AT&T user name and password, that didn't work (this is when I knew I had a problem).
I went to register for premier access but it asks me to enter my cell phone number and I get a message saying "Sorry, the wireless number you entered is an IRU (individual responsibility) account. This account type is ineligible for Premier Online Care. Please contact your administrator for assistance."
What happened?
If I just leave everything as is will my phone ship okay and will I get a shipping number w/o being able to log in?
If I call AT&T to see what the hell happened will I lose my spot when they fix it as orders are processed first come first basis? Will every order from 3am until the problem is fixed be processed before mine?
I also see everyone has an email with an estimated delivery time... I didn't get one, the little info I can see on the premier order status says "Pending
Expected Ship Date: Pending Confirmation"
