Well I got screwed over by Bank of America(obviously) and my order was blocked because of unusual activity. Everything is sorted out but it looks like I reordered it again just now and it's shipping between 11/09/2014 To 11/27/2014. There goes that first come, first serve out the window since I originally ordered it 12:12 AM. Thanks Bank of America.

This has happened to me before, i ordered iPhone 6 plus (64 GB) at 3:04 AM EST. I was told shipping estimates would be 14-21 days. However, I have AT&T friends who said they have limited quantities, that even the stores may have limited quantities (similar to 5S last year). It is not unheard of if they say the wait is longer than it really is.

This however made me feel a little better.
I checked my order status and my Shipping status has changed to "Preparing to ship" and the iPhone 6 (64 GB) i ordered is also "Preparing to Ship"

I have AT&T premier but checked my status here

I feel your pain, same happened with me and capitalone.

To be fair there was a thread here about calling your card provider to alert them not to put a fraudulent activity alert. Few minutes on the phone could've saved the headache :(
 
I order at 3:01 AM too and I'm in the 10/13 - 10/22 time-frame. I checked my status at the link above and it does say Preparing to Ship and my bank card was charged. I check my my email confirmation Order Status and it still says Processing but it has the 10/13 - 10/22 dates.

I knew not to order through AT&T, but then again, Apple Store wasn't working. I only got one order in on that barely for myself, but have to change the mailing address on that too since the account address isn't same as mine (i.e. i don't live with my folks). calling apple says too many calls to connect me and hangs up. I'm sure I can get that sorted though before it actually ships, not a buggy...

As of right now Apple Store works perfectly as far as I can tell with September 19th ship dates for i6 64gb black, and I'm still tied up since my lines aren't eligible and I don't believe I was able to successfully cancel the 'pending' order :(

One says "order processing ships by 17-18th" other says "pending ships by September 23 to October 3rd" that's a pretty big span and sucks considering when I ordered it the email said it will arrive on September 19th.

Did email go to the one you originally registered with Premier or the one associated with the order? How much of a delay? You got your upgrade eligibility back right away?

I want to sort this, i stayed up late last night to hopefully have it all sorted.
I feel your pain it's been a crock of BS going through them. I called regular att support and they couldn't find no trace of my order. I called the premier line and while trying to connect to a rep it says technical difficulties try again later and hung me up.

I'm trying to get things sorted because I purchased through Next which I should only be paying taxes but my confirmation email says my total is $106.92. No way in hell taxes are this much. My night and morning has been hell sheesh.
 
Does an order from AT&T look fraudulent?

lol pssh i had to order couple of surface pro 3s from microsoft and paid over 3k for them everything went well and guess what day before launch... ORDER CANCEL

called bank and they said it looked like fraudulent purchase lol guess they didnt expected someone to spent that much on microsoft :D

My guess would be At&t forcing credit card to double check and confirm it is a real charge.

Changes in your credit card use patterns trigger alarms. I got a call too from BofA. Im my case I billed it to a card where I only charge 7.99 a month for Netflix and pay in full each month. After 12 months of doing this, I suddenly spend $399 in one Online (and not swiped physically) transaction. That sure did raise a flag.

I didn't get my orders in til almost an hour after they first opened.

I'm showing "Preparing for shipment" which means they expect to ship it on the expected dates of...10/31-11/11. Doh! They didn't hesitate to charge my card at all though.
 
Hey guys, if you had trouble ordering, I contacted support and they told me this. I still haven't been able to order. I am not a happy camper. I'll be lucky to get an iPhone 6 this year at this rate.

I also ordered from premier. Got my iPhone 6+ Gold 64GB order in within the 1st 15 minutes. Got an email stating 14-21 days. It is now showing on the order status page as 10/31-11/11 estimated delivery.

I'll just wait this one out. I'll keep enjoying my current iPhone 5 and not stress over this. Hopefully the estimates will improve like it happened with the phone I already have.

I placed an order from both Apple and ATT tonight. My Apple order went through, my ATT did not. Seriously don't make excuses for large corporations, they messed up, end of story.

I have estimate of mid November. ya... pre-order canceled, camping engaged.
 
Same, I have 8 temp. holds from ATT. 3 are for the full cost of the phones and the other 5 are dollar holds. Didn't get a call from Amex so im assuming all is well.

I have 3 "temporary authorizations" on my Barclay card $0.00, $1.00, $0.00, & $ $81.94 (the cost of tax on the 6+ installment Next plan).

I had problems with Apple too, the store or site was down once, and then I couldn't click to pre order, it was just frozen... (or there was no link).

I was at apple and AT&T at 3:01pmET (12:01PT) because I wanted to see if one had an earlier shipping date than the other.

I just went back to Apple's site now and saw every 6+ combination is estimated to ship in 3-4 weeks, in store p/u is not available (at least not in my area).

BTW I thought all pre orders were 1201amPST/3:01AMEST, how come others were allowed to pre order before that? I specifically waited to 3:01AMEST to go to the site to pre order....

If you want to try and get it sooner you could go wait in line next Friday. I'm almost positive they're not going to have any 6+'s at carrier stores so I'm not even going to try. You may have better luck at an Apple Store but I don't have one around here. I'm just going to wait it out. I'm optimistic those times will get bumped up.

I hope the times will move up, I'll be patient but If things are still not looking good I'll go line up the 19th (or the night before). The AT&T store was really good about communicating with us on the line what they have in stock. They told us all off the bat that they didn't have any gold 6's at all etc etc... They told the people towards the back that they probably weren't getting a phone but they get a delivery every morning at around Xam, so they may want to wait... They may get phones, they may not.

I'll go and if they don't have any 6+'s I;ll just go home... It's not like I have to wait until they I get to the counter (hopefully, not). lol

The main reason I wanted to pre order this year was because I usually go and take whatever they have... I like the higher GB phone, a lot of people get the cheapest option so I luck out with the higher gb phone like I did last year. I wouldn't have stood in line if I thought there'd only be a chance of only being 5c's in stock and no 5s's....

Thanks for that link, does your shipping date say? On that site my status is also "preparing to ship" but the delivery date is still "10/31/14 -11/11/14" :(
 
Well I call the premier support number and go through the automated service and it says my order has been cancelled...smh. Im starting not to even care about getting this phone right now....
 
Are you guys able to check your order status through premier or the regular ATT site? I ordered two phones last night (One iPhone 6 preorder and one 5c for my mother joining the plan).

My sister (account holder) had a regular ATT account and we added her school email address to get the student discount last night. Whenever I try to login to Premier it says we are not eligible to use Premier online as it's an individual discount?

Anyways, we both received confirmation emails and my mother has since gotten an email saying her order has gone into fulfillment. Despite this, ATT can't find my order when I try to check the status through the account holder's login. Is this normal? It has been well over 8 hours since I ordered! I have the same issue if I try to call the automated line to check the order status. Also, can't check anything through the premier site. Has this happened to anyone else?

Most people who have had canceled orders ended up placing more than one order - one or two were canceled but one was left active - do you know if that's a possibility? If not I feel for you man. :(

I guess I'll just leave my orders be then. Worst case, it's not the end of the world if I don't have a brand new iPhone on day 1 (though it would have been nice to have it before I go on vacation). Trying to get AT&T to cancel the order is like squeezing blood from a stone
