So I spent the wee hours of the morning trying to pre-order (like most of you) only to get the "upgrade anavailable in your region" message through Apple directly.

Ordered with AT&T to get an email a few hours later telling me orders are backed up for 21+ days. On the phone now to try and cancel, and have been for over an hour.

Curious if anyone else got this message from Apple? The phones were in stock (first all of them, but quickly dwindled down to 16GB only in all configurations) but I kept either getting a time-out error, or the one I mentioned beforehand.

Anyone else with this issue?

Is this a similar issue to what I read about New York not being able to upgrade through Next online?
