2011 iMac CPU Fan Racing - No Reason

Last night I camehome to the fans in my imac racing. I have no idea why because I no applications are open , thus far I have tried the following:
SMC Resest
Zap PRAM (desperate times)
Reinstall 10.9
Open iMac and clean CPU heat sink and fan with compressed air

Any ideas?? All are welcome since it's out of warranty.
