I've been trying to reset my SMC and I'm not sure if it's working properly or not. The magsafe power LED would always flash green or orange whenever I performed SHIFT + CTRL + CMD + POWER. However, that's not happening anymore.
I wonder if I might have messes up something while opening and replacing thermal paste.
Can anyone give me some inputs on this? Should the light always flash? Why doesn't it flash anymore? Is there a cable or something that I might have dislodged that's preventing the light from flashing (and probably making SMC reset fail)?
