iPhone Will a JB'd Phone *resist* an auto upgrade to IOS 8?

I don't want to give up my JB'd 5S for IOS 8 until there is a JB for IOS 8. So, unless I select to upgrade to IOS 8, I'm hoping it will not happen automatically.

Is this still correct?

even on a non jailbroken device, it doesn't automatically get updated
