Force presenter mode on Keynote?

I have an iPad 4G running iOS 7.1.2 with the latest version of Keynote on it. Is there a way to "fool" Keynote into believing you're in presenter mode even though the iPad isn't connected to an external monitor or projector?

I have a MacBook Air and a lightning-VGA connector, if they help any, and I'm willing to jailbreak if need be.
