You should not have to setup Fedex account #.
If you setup your Fedex manager correctly, they already has your shipping receiving address. Once there is any shipment request going to that address is pickup by Fedex electronically, regardless where it come from, Fedex manager will sent out automated email to you.
If you login into Fedex manager, and it show there is no shipment today, there is no shipment request pickup by Fedex electronically for your address.

That is really for tracking any shipment you ship to someone else with specific account # you used with Fedex..
On the home page after login, you should see similar as below if you have a package will deliver to you.

I cancelled mine. sorry but their whole system is crap. I attempted to cancel my pre order online and then got the message. I then decided to call AT&T because I was on my way to the Apple store that had the 64GB gold iPhone plus. he then informed that he couldn't do anything and for now my order was still active. I still go to the Apple store so I can get a feel of the pgone(plus is not that big at all). I then decide to give att a call again just to make sure I couldn't cancel. turns out, my order did cancel. However, the rep then went on to tell me that my upgrade still did not reset it. of course I make her reset thrift there with me on the phone. this works out. unfortunately though, the model I wanted is not available anymore 
. so now my plan is to get here to my apple store in the wee hours so I can be here when they open so I can get me a 128 GB GOLD OR SILVER plus. hope I am successful. my only concern is, does apple even get shipment on Sundays? or should I wait until Monday? and what are the odds of getting one that is not reserved.

Just checked the premier site and main site and still no changes. I want to stop but I can't. AT&T dropped the ball. I still can't understand how I could have ordered so early and still no phone. And no luck at either of the stores I tried. Yet people that ordered the same phone hours after I did are happy texting and taking awesome pictures. Its just funny.

my 2:50a preordered SG 64GB shipped today. ETA is Monday.
So I went on the Apple website to check stock from stores in the region I live in. Found an Apple Store that had the exact phone I wanted (iPhone 6 Plus 128gb Space Gray ATT) while placing my order I canceled the horrible premier order.
Received a confirmation of cancellation. Literally five seconds later or so I was able to order ATT. Just go to the Apple store and picked up my phone.

I have the exact configuration as you. I noticed you received the email confirmation at 5:53 am. I got mine at 6:05 am. We are getting close!!!
Hey Luis. Well, I'm posting from my new iPhone 6 plus. Like I mentioned earlier l, canceled my order on the premier tracking. Haha I had to drive two hours to the Apple Store. But I drive to San Antonio almost every other weekend as it were for business.
I hope you get your iPhone soon as well! I really do. Because I know how you feel. Keep us posted!
If you're doing a 2-year contract, canceling the pre-order and placing a new order for store pick up is a good solution if an Apple Store is nearby. In my case I wanted to buy the phone outright. The problem with this is that you can't reserve and iPhone for store pick up to buy outright. So this is what I did.
I purchased the iPhone on a 2-year upgrade for store pick-up. When I got there I completed the purchase. Then I went to a second sales associate and returned the phone and re-purchased it at full price.
Note: It can take an hour or more for the system to allow the return. In my case we left and went to eat dinner then did the return. For AT&T customers on the 10GB Mobile Share plan or higher the $15/mo device fee vs the $40/mo on a 2-year phone will save some money if you're buying an iP6+ 64GB of higher.

Enjoy man! The thing is, here in Puerto Rico we don't have apple stores. Just at&t stores which last I heard only brought about 30 iPhone pluses to the island. So I'm on the waiting game.
Never mind the order was shipped with usps. On the premier site the link go to fedex. But on my att says usps. I am in Puerto Rico but I dont know why they used usps. Lets hope there is no other problem. Delivered on Monday
Welp, I got a shipment notification around 8pm tonight for my Premier order. Should arrive on Monday. Hope everyone else that was in a similar boat gets their shipment notifications soon.
