Thanks. It's a combination of a few things, but mostly Geektool.

The music on the left is Bowtie.
The icons are both custom-made as well as replacements found on deviantart and replaced using LiteIcon.
Both the time and weather are Geektool geeklets.
The opaque dock at the bottom is also a geeklet in which you create an image and set the size/color/opacity. Examples here.

Something you probably haven't noticed, but the 'Translucent menu bar' option in System Preferences > Desktop has been removed in 10.10. Which seems kinda weird and annoys me a bit

Pretty boring at the moment to be honest, I am going to try get GeekTool going, but I doubt I can get it to look as good as Rainmeter on Windows

My Windows VM I RDP to, for Office applications and stuff. I have a Local VM too but its much better for battery and speed if I just RDP to my ESXi server if I have a good connection. I am using Server 2012 R2 Standard as I often administer my servers at home, and it seems to use less resources and be more stable overall
