"Preparing for shipment" in 1 day!!

Ordered my phone September 25th from Apple.
64GB Gold iphone 6 plus for Sprint.

This morning it says "Preparing for Shipment", and the money was deducted.
It says it's not suppose to be delivered until october 23rd-30th, but I've researched and most peoples orders ship within 1-3 days after "Preparing for Shipment"

Is it because I have sprint? Or did I just get REALLY lucky?

Interesting. Maybe it's the just the gold model shipping quickly?
