I use Meguiar's Quick INTERIOR detailer. They also, have an "ultimate," don't use that as it has shiny stuff.

It has a minimal amount of anti-bacterial properties. For a car, you can use it on almost anything, nav screens, plastic, leather, etc, so that is why I feel it is safe to use.

I dampen a clean microfiber towel with it, rub it on the phone, and then dry it.

Of course, just my method, don't know if it's risky, I am NOT recommending anyone else do it. I have used the product for years in my cars though. It's a light cleaner for light dust and fingerprints, it's not strong, which I like.
