upgrade iphone4s from ios6 to ios7 and avoid ios8?

Hi there

I have an iphone 4s still on ios6. I'd like to upgrade to ios7 however now that ios8 has been released itunes (windows) only offers me ios8.

Is there a way I can still upgrade to ios7?

Kept meaning to do this when I saw ios8 looming but just never got around to it
