Trying to wipe out Symantec

I installed Symantec Protection before. I deleted it for a while. But this still concerns me.

Symantec: Scan selected...
How can I wipe everything. I tried the Symantec Removal Tools from Symantec website already. It didn't work

Look in these two folders. Click the Desktop then Go menu then Go to Folder... then paste in this path and enter.
