iTunes Match overwrites Songnames with Chinese Letters

Hi. My Father in Law has a problem with iTunes match. He got some rare CDs and he took nearly half a year to upload it to iTunes Match. Now, especially one Album appeared in chinese Letters. Renaming them only works for quite a while, but then you'll find it again in chinese Letters.

Does anyone have an idea to fix this issue?

I think you should contact Apple with the CD-release information and everything. I don't think anyone here can fix the wrong iTunes-match-identification.
