hello,
i'm trying to restart my third gen apple tv. when connected to my tv, it just shows the apple icon before the tv screen blanks. now, i'm trying to restart it via itunes. i've followed the instructions on apple's website that states that i connect my atv with a mini usb chord (i've used a few different chords to be on the safe side), connected to my macbooks usb port, and then connect the atv's power chord, but it still doesn't show up on my itunes. i've even tried dfu mode and it doesn't work either.
suggestions?
