Weird right clicking issue (Retina MacBook Pro

When I try to left click on things it is bringing up the right click contextual menu instead of navigating to whatever I clicked on.

Sometimes when I click on iMessage it hides all the other windows on my desktop.

Sometimes when I click on iMessage it opens up Finder instead of iMessage.

Sometimes when I click on the desktop it hides all the other windows on my desktop.

I realize I'm running Yosemite but I've been on the latest DP since it was released and this just started happening: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ov0Wx1Hcb40&feature=youtu.be

any ideas?
