iPod touch Battery Indicator Jumps Around?? (iPod 4)

I'm having a HUGE problem. I just got my iPod 4, a few days ago. I restored it, and then Jailbroke it. I noticed my battery indicator was going up and down. It goes from as much as 50 to 40% Then back up to 57. So, I restored it again, same problem. Jailbroke it again, same problem.

Are there any Cydia fixes for this? Are there any manual fixes for this??? Please, someone help me out!
