Hi all,

I recently updated my iPad to iOS 8.0.2 today and noticed its been having major issues connecting to WiFi, it connects fine and then while browsing it will disconnect and I am unable to connect unless I reboot or reset network settings, this works for 5mins and then the iPad loses its connection to WiFi. Is this a known issue with iOS 8.0.2. Its been fine ever since I've had it on iOS 7. I have also tried to reset all settings. Restored via iTunes no luck.:(

Any suggestions?

Some people have reported issues with this.

A common suggestion is to disable the 5ghz setting on your router and make sure it's using the 2.4 ghz setting. Sounds weird but that had fixed a lot of people's issues. The problem is that every router is different and I wouldn't know how to do it for yours. I haven't had any troubles with wifi and the latest update.

Hope that gives you a suggestion anyways.
