Here you go. But you have never really given any indication as to what size phone you want these made for other than the actual thread they are posted in. I have seen you posting in a few different size iPhone threads. I hope I am getting the size correct for you.

Unfortunately you could not do this kind of thing from your phone. There are some phone apps that can do specific things for wallpapers but not any with all the filters and plugins that would be required. It is all done on my iMac and then uploaded for you.

I do it with Photoshop CS6 and several plugins that I own. You would need a minimum of something such as Pixelmator or Photoshop Elements 13. Either one of these two programs will give a good starting point. But it will take some time to master it.
