Where can you purchase an unlocked iPhone 6/Plus?

I heard T-mobile has it, but on their website I don't see it has contract only. Anywhere else I can purchase a fully unlocked iPhone 6 for?

And does anyone know what the prices are?

Go to the apple store online and order an unlocked t-mobile iPhone. they are all unlocked. yes, they'll come with a t-mobile sim card, but just throw it away when you open the phone. it is 100% unlocked.
