I just installed the iTunes for Windows 12.01 update, and I can't find my iPhone 5S anywhere in the new UI. The sidebar is gone again, with no apparent way to get it back, and I can't access my phone.
I just installed the iTunes for Windows 12.01 update, and I can't find my iPhone 5S anywhere in the new UI. The sidebar is gone again, with no apparent way to get it back, and I can't access my phone.
Solved. Windows somehow lost the device driver. After a cold reboot of the phone while connected, the driver re-installed and I can now see the phone in iTunes.
