iCloud drive removed all my dividers in notability

Thanks, icloud drive. I updated to Mavericks, enabled icloud drive, and when I went into notability on my iPad, all my dividers were gone and the respective folders lumped together in one big mess.

Opened notability on my macbook and all the files are missing. Will have to sync them again at home because there is no way I am going to burn my precious 5gb/month mifi data cap on this.
