BEST Text to speech Option??

Looking for an app that will be able to read on line medical journals for me (while driving in the car etc)

Something that will read the entire journal - or at least 1 full page at a time vs just 1 sentence

thoughts? Suggestions??

So far - trying out the lite version.

Can't get my specific journal to download into the program properly. I think it's due to the format it's in

Looks like I can cut/paste the text and put in an email ..and then download that into the program

are there any readers out there that open up/read in other programs…for ex: if I'm in email or on website - I could get it to read from there vs having to download it into voice dream?
