I have a Macbook pro 15" mid 2010 model.

I've used windows 8 for a while and recently upgraded to windows 8.1.

This issue is only present when I'm using bootcamp. OS X works fine. Mobile phones, PS4, other computers all work fine

All this time i've had issues with the wireless suddenly becomming limited for no apparent reason.

I use a Apple Airport Extreem router. It's updated to the latest OS.

Today i bought a 5m ethernet cable to try to work around this issue but it still remains.

It persists both on wireless and on wired connections. The connection works great for a time, but after a time (from minutes to hours) the connection becomes limited.

Here is what I've tried to work around this

* Install the newest bootcamp software
* Reinstall the airport extreme
* Give the computer a static IP adress
* Changing the wireless channel to unpopulated channels

and noone of these work.

The only work around i have is that when the connection become limited i just switch to the 2.4ghz if i'm using the 5 ghz or switch to the 5ghz if I'm using the 2.4 Ghz

Does anyone have any advice to might be causing this problem.

Edit: When i run windows diagnostics tool i get that i have no connection to the gateway
