iTunes - Sync iPhone / iPad

Hi everyone!

I transferred my whole iTunes Library from an iMac to a MacMini which is "locked away" (no screen, keyboard, mouse). This MacMini runs as a media library server for several Apple TV's and also - with an external HD - as a backup machine.
I administer the MacMini via ScreenSharing which works perfectly fine.

There is only one issue: as the MacMini is not easily accessible, are there any ideas how I could sync my iPhone and iPad with this MacMini? With my iMac I synchronised only specific items - I would like to do the same with the MacMini.

Any hints are much appreciated
