My mophie space pack has decided to stop working when I have a handful of videos (over 100mb) I need to transfer for work.
My main problem is that my mac book pro will not pick up the space pack for me to transfer the files.
I've tried rebooting, tried numerous cables... one will charge briefly but it still doesn't show up as a folder or in iPhotos.
I have managed to air drop all my files under 100mb to my computer and now I'm left with approx 50 videos over 100mb.
Mophie will replace my case however it means losing these videos which I can't do at least not without trying every single possible thing.
Might there be a way for me to move these files from the space pack?
