I know, several threads already... but if you've been experiencing Trackpad issues when returning from sleep on Yosemite 10.10.1, then this might work. I'm on a 2013 Macbook Air, and have had this problem. Specifically, some multi-touch gestures and left(primary) click stop working after sleep, or opening the lid on my Air. This is on the built-in trackpad, not on a BT-connected Magic Trackpad.
HOWEVER - disabling Bluetooth (just turning it off in the top menu bar) seems to have, at least temporarily, fixed my issue. Since turning BT off earlier today, I've not had any more troubles with my trackpad in and out of sleep mode.
Seems like the bug may be somewhere in the BT stack controller or something.
Let me know if this works for anyone else having the same trouble!
