Apple=ComSymp?

The other day, I was watching my favorite "STAR TREK: Voyager" episode "Counterpoint" for the ten billionth time.
The baddies in this one are the "Devoran Imperium".
They're not "bad", really, just paranoidally xenophobic.

Anyhoo, I wondered about the word "imperium" and what the difference was between it & "empire".
So I went to the NOTES app, typed "imperium", selected it & hit "Define".
And this is what I saw ....

Really, Apple?!?
That Bowie "I'm afraid of Americans" nonsense?!?
The country that "empowered" you to become the greatest corporate entity in Human history?!?
The country that, while despising it with one breath, everyone, nevertheless,
is breaking thier neck trying to get into with the next?!?
That country, Apple?!?

I'm fully cognizant of Apple's leftie politics.
But this is a ungrateful slap in the face.
I spit on the ground in the utmost of contempt ....
