Running Yosemite on an iMac mid 2011 and wanted to get read/write on a NTFS drive. As recommended I edited the /etc/fstab and added my drive using
LABEL=NtfsDrive none ntfs rw,auto,nobrowse

on reboot my ntfs drive refuses to mount, I can see it in disk util but when I try to mount it I just get a unable to mount. If I remove the row in fstab the drive mounts fine.

Any clues as to what is going on and how I can get rw on my NTFS drive?
