Hi,

I want to restore the system from a backup to the same drive the backup was created from.

So I need to erase all data in the destination drive but I don't want to format it because it may change the UUID or any identification of the drive and cause my plugins to be unauthorized because of this drive change...

So, is there a way I can erase all data in a system drive without formatting it, or without changing the identification of the drive, so that I don´t have to reauthorize the plugins after the system restore?

Anyone please? :)
