Should I give up on my Magic Mouse?

The electronics in mine have been fine, paired with my Mac mini 2012 I've had no problems.

However, clearly the manufacturing in China isn't the best, I'm on my third because the first two didn't sit flush on my desk. This one seems to be great, so it's a keeper.

I'm pretty fussy with my Apple products, you pay a premium for them, so I hammer the applecare support to get an exchange or whatever it takes, then after that I've never had a single failure out of warranty, touch wood, with any of my Apple products.
