I have iMac Lab machines at a college, I would like to have the user profiles deleted upon logoff, does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this?

Thanks.

Guest logins are not an option for this situation. Our students are logging into the Macs with an Active Directory account, and accessing personal drives.

What do you mean by personal drives? Are the iMacs mounting a remote home directory for the user? or do you mean a local external drive?

Are you just using the built-in AD integration in OS X?

This should help you:
