Hi,

I would like to install OpenSUSE on Macbook pro running OS X 10.6 using rEFIT. I have successfully resized my Macintosh HD and created a partition for installing linux using Mac disk utility. However, when I boot into OpenSUSE installation and follow I get the error "No Automatic proposal possible. Specify mount points manually in the partitioner dialog". In the "Expert partitioner" I can see my 3 drives sda, sda1 (rEFIt), sda2 (Mac OS X) and sda3 (which I want to install OpenSUSE on it). However, I don't know how to follow from here.

Can anyone please help me on how to specify and partition sda3 from here.

Many thanks in advance
Ashkan
