Average temp with iMac?

Hi,

My iMac CPU fan keeps running at full power. Using iStats I have been able to slow it down, but then I noticed my temp keeps increasing. I have tried looking over the net, but can't seem to find a consistent answer as to what is good/average iMac temps. Can anyone help?

My iMac:
21.5-inch, Mid 2010
Processor: 3.06 GHz Intel Core i3,
Memory: 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3,
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 4670 256 MB,
Running Yosemite 10.10.1
