So I buy this iPhone 4 on eBay for 25 dollars, (I was going to use it for parts only). But at the same time it was disabled, which on the screen it says "iPhone is disabled", connect to iTunes. So out of curiousity I did. But its saying "To all access to your iPhone, please respond to your iPhone". Is there anyway to restore this iPhone or to get past this?

My bad for typo, I meant "To allow access to your iPhone, please respond to your iPhone"
