I inserted a blank DVD+rdl, dragged files to it and tried to burn. it thought about it for about 5 min. then told me there was an error communicating with the drive. so i tried to eject the disc but it tells me the disc is locked. so i get info and the little lock check box is greyed out so i can't unlock it. i didn't lock it in the first place. now i can't eject and can'y burn. what now?
