Syncing facebook to contacts

I've just come over to iOS from android and am mostly working everything out okay but I CANNOT find a way to get my facebook contacts to sync with my address book (primarily just profile pictures, I'm not that bothered about anything else). I've turned on contacts sync under settings > Facebook, and it claims to sync several but I can't see anything change.

I tried the sync.me app but it just gives me a separate address book in the app. I would rather use the native address book.

So my question is is there a setting somewhere or an app that will allow me to sync my Facebook contacts into the native contacts app, without jailbreaking? Or is my only option to go through and manually update everyone's pictures?

Wait, just gone in again and it looks like sync.me has done the trick, must have just been being slow about it!
