Can my 4S (which has a disabled WiFi button) use its bluetooth connection to access the internet from my 6+, if I have bluetooth on that as well? I've played but can't find a way.

On your iPhone 6+, Settings>Cellular>Set Up Personal Hotspot. Hotspot can work over Bluetooth I believe. This only delivers your data connection elsewhere, can't relay wifi.

Couldn't get Bluetooth to work. Both devices just keep saying "searching" (or whatever) and could never pair to each other.

Doesn't matter now anyway; got a new 4S from Apple to replace my old dead one.
