I'm looking for help with a terminal command (how to input/execute).

My system goes idle and sleeps after the sleep timer, and I want to use CAFFEINATE to prevent sleep until the program is finished running. Program in question is ClamXav.

I'm not quite sure how to write the syntax, so far I've got:
CAFFEINATE -i ????

(from: https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Darwin/Reference/ManPages/man8/caffeinate.8.html#//apple_ref/doc/man/8/caffeinate)

I'm looking for help on how to make sense of this, and how to find the UTILITY address and what exactly to put in the command line, and how to as well.

Thanks so much for helping me with my n00b question!
