iPad Phone.app on iPad mini

Hey

I do all my calling through FaceTime Audio and have been using Ignition in my car... Thing is, the phone app doesn't show up cause it's an iPad.

Is there any way/tweak/hack/workaround to get the iPhone.app copied/installed onto the iPad mini?
