biteSMS install issue...

Just got a 6+ last night. Had 8.1.2 on it so I JB'd it and started to add my tweaks. When I installed biteSMS (paid version) it acted like it installed but is no where to be found. No icon, nothing shows on spotlight search. Any idea what might be wrong?

BiteSMS, as its description says in Cydia, won't work in iOS 8.

Like said above.
Bite doesn't work on iOS 8 and it has been abandoned by its devs with no further updates.

Oh... guess that explains it. Any good replacements work on iOS8?

yea i wish someone would write an app just like it for IOS 8 was great the last time i used it.

Everyone is looking for a decent bitesms replacement for ios 8.
Im surprised nobody tried to deliver. They could make great money and fill in for the emptiness caused by bitesms's absence.

i wonder if bitesms would release the source code and someone else could pick it up would be cool if they did.
