Harrased and talked down by an Apple Employee

It would prevent the he/she said scenario. Lots of abuse being handed out by Apple employees lately.
Or the OP could have, you know addressed the situation at the time it happened, instead of running back to his/her computer and asking for the information on an internet forum. Nothing says, I am going to stick it to the man like a keyboard ninja!
