MBA 11" 512ssd Model number question.

Upgrading my mid 2013 MBA 11" to a 512 gb ssd. Seems like the only place is eBay that is reasonable priced. Question is what's the difference between the MZ-JPU512T/0A6 and MZ-JPV512R/0A2 drives? Both are made by Samsung.

The MZ-JPV512R/0A2 is about twice as fast as the MZ-JPU512T/0A6
