I have a question regarding keyboard shortcuts. Can anyone please look at the photo and identify the proper orders of keys that need to be pressed to zoom in and enter full screen? The app is MS OneNote. For "Zoom in" I have been holding down the up arrow, command, and the + key in that order, but it has no effect on zooming. Moreover, I have no idea what it is asking me to do to enter full screen or select or deselect "ribbon." For full screening the "exponent" sign requires one to press "shift" and "6" simultaneously, so how can I then also press "command" and "F?" For "Ribbon", what is the symbol to the left of the "command" symbol? I do not even see it on my keyboard!

In order of your menu:

Ribbon is Option - Command - R
Zoom In is Shift - Command - +
Enter Full Screen is Control - Command - F

You can find some more information about shortcuts here: http://help.apple.com/apdredirects/en/redir72458.html.

In the future, if you have similar questions, it always helps to consult the Mac Help tool. You can access it in Finder’s menu bar under Help > Mac Help, or simply by typing your query into the search box under the Help menu item.
