Does anyone know how to post on Instagram from my MacOS? I have the iOS Instagram app but sometimes I don't want to use my iPhone and want to directly post using my Mac. Any workarounds?

Not possible, Instagram does not allow third party apps to upload photos, you could try running android in a virtual machine and download Instagram on that. then you could upload that way. that is a huge hassle though
