Fine rotation of pictures in Preview?

Anyone know if it's possible to rotate a picture in Preview by finer steps than the 90° rotation?

I remember it was possible years ago but have not tried since, and I can't immediately find an answer online.

I don't ever recall Preview allowing rotation finer than 90°. Perhaps you're thinking of another app.

Perhaps you're remembering that QuickTime Pro used to allow for arbitrary amounts of rotation? It no longer does. I think it was QT5 or QT6 that had this feature--more than a decade ago.
