I'm almost always very careful when it comes to clicking on suspicious links but today I made the mistake of of downloading some suspicious files that I shouldn't have. I definitely have an issue with my computer now. I get random popups, strange google search results, and randomly hyperlinked words in articles.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of where and how to get my computer cleaned up? This is not my forte.
