Is there a tweek/app to view recently opened apps? I'm not talking about the double click home open app manager thing. I mean like to see what someone was doing on your phone even if they open the task manager and close the apps

hi,

No there is not such an app on appstore atleast if not jailbroken, apple usually dont let apps to interfere with other apps or collect data.

but if one of the apps used location services you can check that on Settings/privacy/location services , if there is a gray icon next to any app that means it has been used in last 24 hours.
